The MAHBOULI LAW FIRM is a company of lawyers composed of several lawyers.  This law firm is multilingual since French, English, Italian and Arabic are used as current languages of work.
Its offices are located in Tunis in the area of Mutuelleville (area of the ambassies).
The law firm has been created in 1980 by Mr Abdelkrim MAHBOULI famous international lawyer, former (senior) (ex) adviser of the Court of Appeal.
It is actually managed by his son Mr Sami MAHBOULI. Owner of a DEA (French master) in   international   right and a  bachelor in economics of the French university Paris-Sorbonne; Mr Sami has a good reputation especially in business right and advices big international companies in Tunisia and abroad. His is the author of many articles in the national press.
THE MAHBOULI LAW FIRM is the legal adviser of several Embassies in Tunisia and particularly the Italian Embassy; he works with the later for more than 25 years.
The MAHBOULI LAW FIRM achieved an important reputation as regards legal audit (Legal Due Diligence) within the framework of important purshase deal like « MAGASIN GENERAL » and « ENNAKL ».
For some years, the MAHBOULI LAW FIRM has also developed its activity in Libya where it worked for the creation of important projects of investment and advices multinationals which desire to establish.
